Hi there, I’m Anne.

For decades I’ve worked across health and public systems, from remote parts of Australia through to international organisations. Along the way I’ve spent a lifetime navigating complex environments and supporting people through uncertainty and change.

Like most people who’ve lived a few decades, my life has included real turning points — career pivots, relationship endings, experiences of grief and loss, and slog of re-orienting when the old path no longer fits.

These days my work sits at the intersection of those experiences. I offer grounded one-to-one support for people moving through times of transition, alongside teaching yoga locally in Dungog and offering meditation online.

Yoga, breath and meditation have been steady companions in my life since my late teens, and they remain part of the way I work. But the heart of what I offer is space to pause, reflect, reconnect with yourself, and find steadiness as life evolves.

I’m not here to offer quick fixes or rigid frameworks. What I offer is thoughtful conversation, lived experience, and a calm presence alongside you as you find your own way forward.
