Decades of working across healthcare and public systems have shown me how rarely life unfolds as we expect it to.

Yoga and meditation have been steady companions in my own life during that time.

Today I bring these threads together through one-to-one conversations, face-to-face yoga classes, and meditation online — offering spaces for steadiness, perspective, and reflection.
