I'm Anne. 

After decades working across healthcare and public systems, I’ve become increasingly interested in how we stay grounded, connected, and fully human during times of large-scale change and uncertainty.

Yoga, meditation, community, and connection to the natural world have been steady companions through many seasons of my own life.

Today I bring these threads together through yoga classes, meditation, writing, workshops, and conversation — exploring embodiment, perspective, steadiness, and what it means to live well in changing times.

Based in Dungog NSW and online.

Finding Footholds
