I’m AnneÂ
a qualified yoga teacher with a 350-hour Diploma in Yoga Teaching, and over 20 years of practice. I also have a background as a registered nurse. My teaching is warm, practical, and grounded, with space to explore the quieter, more restorative side of yoga. I'm a Dungog local and look forward to practicing with you!
